This comment is so spot on! What is that picture supposed to do? Convey a feeling of freedom? O just being tragically “solo”? It sure does not say “wonder” to me…

Look I am not a camper, I do not get the appeal. I love the outdoors but I don't need to sleep in a tent. So I am definitely not the intended audience here but freaking hell this is boring. She can make anything look joyless and unappealing, it is truly her gift. Italy, decorating for Christmas, camping, it all sucks.

Does Jen do any strength training? I've had my Peloton bike for 5 months. I ride 3 times a week and I strength train 20-30 min/day. I refuse to limit carbs and I eat whatever I want and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in. But my body didn't significantly change until I did strength training. I bet it would help Jen out instead of doing just constant cardio.
