It pisses me off that she is talking negatively about keto, because she was hardcore DIRTY keto, not true keto eating healthy, whole foods. It doesn't surprise me that she felt like shit downing Bangs, Gatorade Zero, and every type of Keto treat and product she could "influence" her followers to buy. Yes, you can lose weight eating that way, but it is still a diet of processed foods and is not "healthy".
Real keto is meat and veggies. If your body can handle it, it can also include some berries, nuts, and limited dairy. Real keto doesn't give you brain fog or any of the other ailments she is attributing to it. This is what is wrong with people like her doling out health and nutrition advice on YouTube when they have no business doing so. She's a moron.. -
