A degree/certification is just a piece a paper to this chick because she's too lazy to actually put any effort in getting it. If she did actually get some kind of training she'd be resizing it to a poster board and hanging it for all to see.

Agreed! I think she’ll be in for a surprise if she tries to get back into the actuary world. She’ll be competing against people who did put in the effort to get their designation. I have zero doubts she went into that field for the earning potential alone and then realized she couldn’t do it (I’m an accountant who works with a lot of actuaries).. -

Struggling to get pregnant is real and I do applaud how it’s more open now. 29 years ago I didn’t share with everyone what it was like to have to to use extraordinary measure to conceive.. -

Two thoughts on the quarterly goals:
1) Does Laken think it’s possible for someone to both have a job and plan a wedding? Her job is to accomplish her goals and then talk about them online. But she hardly got any goals done because she was planning the wedding that she had 2.5 years to plan?
2) THREE books on fertility?? When they (presumably) haven’t even tried to get pregnant yet? I can tell her what she needs to do in 5 bullet points:
-take folic acid
-stop birth control
-have sex about 2 weeks after your period last started
-take a pregnancy test about 2 weeks later
-see a doctor if not pregnant in 6 months. -

I went through infertility, ended up with no children and didn’t even read three books about fertility. If you have actual medical issues preventing pregnancy, a book won’t help you.
Maybe an excuse to avoid procreating with the mouth breather? He’s probably thrilled as he seemed happier to see his male friend at the wedding than Laken.. -
