Jen, relying on exercise to balance your emotions is one thing. But you are exercising for SEVERAL hours a day and you aren’t a personal trainer nor a professional athlete. And if you still need 20 minutes to arm up properly after 25 years of fitness, you are not fit and you are pushing yourself too hard. Full stop.
Get real psychological help from a licensed doctor to balance your emotions. Your reliance on exercise is not normal.. -

My two cents on today’s motion sickness video:
1. Jen finally got some meds and is now more chipper - we will know if it continues
2. Now that Jen has basically lived alone for a while, all manners and consideration for other people are out the window (I.e. the fork licking and putting it in the hummus)
3. How much chickpeas and hummus does someone want to consume in a week? There is no doubt Jen misses Don cooking for her all of the time.
4. It doesn’t surprise me if her week in the life book is really thick and full. Food, exercise and whatever else she manically logs take up space.
5. Canned salmon and not “expensive salmon”, oh how she has fallen…
6. Winnie will one day be haunting Jen, as she should

Poor Winnie. I hate how she has a always mistreated that dog. Her meals looked disgusting, dropping a cucumber on the floor and not rinsing it off 
I basically scanned through the vlog. She's way too happy when the children are gone. I would never want a mother to give up custody of her children but I imagine them being so much happier with their dad.

Holy crap, we all know she has eating and exercise addiction but the way she talked about the exercise. Jenny, that is not at all healthy. All that tells the world is this. If you work out 2-4 hours a day and have still been the mess you've been for 2 years, what would you look like if you didn't work out for 1 week? I fully agree with the bakers that say she doesn't get bunion surgery because she won't be able to work out. I will NEVER feel sorry for her. I hope her Karma comes soon for what she is doing to Winnie.
