I was just looking at Don and Tens new house on Redfin and he paid less for that house than he had RM1 listed/sold for and it is twice the size house-wise and lot-wise, plus has an in-ground pool! Th appreciation value of it is $200K more than 9 months ago! In contrast, the Gray Mausoleum (RM2) has mold and a rotting ceiling.

Jenny would look better maybe even cute if she took care of herself (got therapy, cut her hair and new clothes that fit, worked with a dietician/personal trainer, .etc) but she is too stubborn and refuses to let go of the divorce and her "caged" beliefs.

As far as the lottery winner, my niece just contacted me, she wondered if I had been at a Speedway recently. Apparently the winning lottery ticket was sold at a Speedway in my town! I told her unfortunately, NO, but I needed to go outside and talk to my neighbors, or as I call them now "My Best Friends"

Fortunately (unfortunately?) no. Before I knew who she was, I'll bet I passed her at the Glen, it's the small town shopping area near RM1. I don't know that she goes there much anymore, and I don't. Yesterday, I was driving home from a dr's appointment and almost drove right past her house. I was at the main street, that passes her block. I thought for a moment of driving around the block, but for some reason that struck me as stalkerish or creepy.
