.Actually when I did carnivore, I felt my brain worked the best. I don't know why and I'm sure Dr. Berg or Dr. Berry can explain it but honestly I had no memory issues like I do when I eat carbs and sugar. I still say Carnivore is not good 365 days a year for years but I feel it's good for a little while if you need to drop some pounds but be careful when you go back to eating carbs and watch the calories. You can't go back to eating 1,000 calories a day on Carnivore and shoot up to 1500 calories without gaining weight back. You'll need to maintain that calorie count or you will gain the weight back. I don't encourage anyone to live on 1,000 calories a day for very long unless they're under 5 feet but if you can eat 1500 and then burn 300-500 calories a day working out, you'll be fine.
That’s because the brain has the most cholesterol in the human body. Taken from the NIH “The brain contains the highest level of cholesterol in the body; it contains approximately 20% of whole body cholesterol [34].” It’s vital for every cell in the body.. -

I agree that too many carbs is bad but not eating a single carb is worse. You can eat the good carbs such as fruit, vegetables, whole grains etc. Lisa eats absolutely none. . -
.
With all due respect, Dr. Berg and many other “doctors” on Youtube are charlatans and not real medical doctors. Dr. Berg is only a chiropractor and Scientologist to boot and his own son outed him publicly.
There are so many fad diets. As I said before, and diet that tells you never to touch a certain food or macronutrient should be avoided.. -

So this morning I was flipping through the TV channels and came across this person on QVC. I recognized her voice and could not believe what she’s done to her face! These women can no longer smile and have their eyes open. I don’t understand why they cannot see how grotesque they all now look!
Do you know who this is…..

Who is that woman? . -

I would have tried to take the 'seeds' out of fruit & veggies if I were her.
Like take the seeds out of tomatoes & cucumbers if they 'caused tummy issues'.
I agree with everyone else that if I ate a whole large fast-food salad
(I'd have 'tummy issues too'. (like at least 3 or 4 + servings of lettuce in it
I also knew someone who got 'tummy issues' if they ate too much oil from some salad dressings.
IMO
Yes, I agree no carbs at all is worse.
(Unless someone has a 'rare 1 in a million' thing where they are 'allergic to everything on the planet /
and has done allergy test.. -

Kathy Levine a former QVC host. -
.
I started to say is that Kathy Levine? Wow . -
.
I never viewed QVC but can see it is the same woman, now with a very skewed face. Its a darned shame what these docs will do and that people spend money to allow them to do it! . -

Wow.
Sometimes things are better if you just leave them alone.. -

I spent the past week, looking at so many of the faces within the Royal Family, including the Queen herself (now photos) I am not saying a few of them may not have had some quiet tweeks here and there, but over all they seem to let age take its course. Bravo for them!
Seems, to me, the women as they age, have their fuller faces menopause often brings, then thinner faces as they move further along in their years. The grey hairs mix and mingle, slowly going silver or to white, getting thinner along the way. Its called the process of ageing.
Why so many American women are wanting to be nipped, stretched, tucked, filled - fluffed and frozen, is beyond my comprehension. I can understand a few little touches here and there ( I have randomly done a few, in 2008 and 2011, and am considering a few things again)
Still I cannot grasp the thought process behind going over the "cliff of no return" when it comes to elective procedures.
But each to their own . . .. -
