Remember all that hamburger meat that Diehls gave him.
He does have food in the house, there is a lot.
But when he says they are out of almost everything what he actually means is the quick junky type food that the kids can make for themselves during the day because their father is a useless twat and doesn't make sandwiches for them in the morning because he is too lazy to get up 10 mins early.
Sure most of those kids could make themselves sandwiches but they are lazy too (not their fault because monkey see, monkey do) and because their parent doesn't plan ahead they then make the quickest meal with the least nutrition possible.
He could cook up that hambuger and make spaghetti and the kids could have a nice warm lunch in winter. But they have been programmed that this is not acceptable and I have no doubt they would turn their noses up.
He always raves on about how they are not entertaining children but training adults.... HOW? They do not have a decent role model to look up to and he is not teaching them jack sh!t. Bossing your kids around and making them your slaves is not training adults.
IF Tommo was working a full time job I would eat those words but he is nothing but a fat, horny, greasy, stinky, opinionated, lazy old man who is failing in life, as a man and a father. His kids must be so embarrassed at times.

You are so right. Tom is not raising adults because Tom doesn’t know how to adult.
He certainly does not lead by example. He plays games like a teenager. and is too exhausted to accomplish anything in the home. Does he perform any chores. It is fine to assign chores, but he needs to teach them first.
Instead of complaining about the laundry done by the boys why not instruct the proper way to wash clothing.
Also could someone answer a question for me? I may be confused. Right now Justus is attending public school. Judah & Thomas were both employed by Diehls grocery. Am I correct that Judah resigned from Diehls because he needed to spend on more time dedicated to his home schooling.
Yet now we are told Justus ( our only public school participant) has now gotten a job at Diehls ? Do I have the boys confused?
Seems like this should prove to Tom the children should be in public school. This would make the entire household run more smoothly?
Let me add let us hope Cinderellas children will not be expected to be the responsibility of Asher. Asher does just about every in that house. Geeze he is only a teen once in his life.

I know the last title was kind of a dark joke (the kids getting skinnier) but oh my God, they really are getting anorexically thin. I saw Solly in passing and his arms are now literally skin and bones. The bigger kids seem to be holding on ok, but Solly, Claudia, even Sophia are getting scary skinny.
It is REALLY noticeable.
Meanwhile, Tom is approaching super morbid obesity. He looks 9 months pregnant now and his face is downright swollen.
Am wondering if Tom has taken up drinking......

I was referring to Solly and Claudia when I made up the title. They definitely have got skinnier and it is glaringly obvious now. Of course Father of the Year will never notice or care it seems. Wish he would be given a rude awakening soon and be held accountable for the condition of his children, regarding their lack of food, education, mental stimulation, exercise and socialising with their peers.

Tom has said that Justus' school only works four days a week, leaving Friday free and I think he'd pick up hours at the shop on Fridays and over the weekend.
He's a lad who probably works hard at his lessons and may even does his homework while at school, maybe after formal lessons are over so he gets some peace and quiet to focus on his work. There's no chance of that back in the Mills shed!
And I think the boy would also work in the early evenings, too and as he is now apparently studying for his provisional driving licence, I bet he's going to save up for a car at the earliest opportunity so he can get out of Moorcroft and socialise. Justus is on to a winner, I believe as he seems to have goals and is keen to work towards them. Unlike his feckless father!

That's what drives me crazy. He constantly talks about how he has "no time", but he's regularly playing video games, hanging out with his girlfriend, riding his bike. He has more free time than I do and I don't have any kids. You KNOW Andrea didn't have the amount of free time he does. Any of her "free time" was probably spent doing things like sewing, canning food, preparing freezer meals, etc. The man can't even google a soup recipe.

Tom complicates every possible task. I bet he can't even do a wee without making a drama out of it.
His stupid shopping list is so poorly designed, yet he's proud of it and what's worse is that some of his moronic fans beg for a copy! I mean, good gosh almighty, how do they imagine his crap list meant for his huge family and their strange needs would work for anyone else?

He complicates the simplest tasks, like the shopping list. I just write down the things that I need, no need to complicate it with a list that includes things I don't need.
The circus is missing a clown and his name is Crusty Tommo.
In addition he never compliments Solly for being able to figure out his list and read his poorly written numbers. I would struggle to decipher his list.

I admit I hardly ever watch his videos any more so forgive the ignorant question: is he using Andrea's list or did he make his own? I'm guessing he did, so now he can just go to the candy and chips aisles and not waste time with nutrition.
