More than shrek daddy's singing, I think it's Faken's caption that is interesting. Lots of troubles already in first 4 years together?? Doesn't look too good for the longevity of the relationship. Just because they're where she wanted to be, in Chicago by her family, doesn't mean all their troubles as a couple will disappear. And then, when you add a baby to the relationship that's had a rocky start...

I found the podcast on Spotify and I’m just starting it.
The sounds quality is horrific, OH MY GOD. They both sound so ….unintelligent. Actually surprising to me that Laken sounds smarter, but they plan to drink in further episodes so I bet she’ll stop sounding so smart soon. She just loves making new reasons to drink! Any excuse at all for that woman to alter her consciousness. I guess I can’t blame her for that, being married to Sam and all.

I take the expected ups and downs to tie into the pandemic and maybe her unexpectedly being let go. I imagine them as one of those couples that will stay together for the long haul even though they are deeply unhappy with each other because of image.

Thanks for the recap! Now I don’t have to subject myself to their meaningless blabbing. I have been trying to drink less alcohol and it’s so pathetic how Faken seems to organize everything around when she can get sauced.
