Rather than a love-hate relationship, I have a mild like-to-strong dislike thing going on with this guy's videos. Sometimes he has a point, but then the arrogance and gross over-sharing of child footage happens and I'm repulsed by him.

Wow, he's messed up bad. Broken ribs, cracked wrists road rash etc....Quite the little accident. Guess not many video for a bit...unless he's pre recorded a bunch.

He has brain injury as well which is causing his memory lost. Did you see the video?
I gasped when I watched it. He clearly had no idea what was happening. People can say what they want but no one should have that happen them. He's got a long road of recovery ahead of him.

No it was recorded on his neighbors video ring cam. He did share it because he was getting so many questions about it.

Me too! I kept thinking how long was he out there before someone found him and help was called? Wouldn't wish that on anyone.

What i don’t get he says he has some brain damage is that right? Why is he home?
He has all these broken bones! Why is he home?
The picture he posted looks fine to me. I see a little bit of darkness under the one eye but nothing like he describes. I also don’t see any other problems to the face but yes he might not be showing it.
There is no proof that the video is actually of him. Yes he was in the hospital that we see but he may have taken this as a time to get more subscribers.
There is something not right here and he screws up so much on his videos specially on The Dougherty Dozen and I have seen at least one person call him out on it, but he never does answer the person.
He got the taste of money and he is hooked like everyone else that goes down this road. He isn’t helping kids anywhere because if he actually did try to help and it worked he wouldn’t have all that money rolling in from his Alicia vlogs.
People think about all this he wouldn’t be at home with all those injuries, and it doesn’t matter if he wife is a nurse or not. I have been on here a long time and seen a lot of crap, now things come obvious to me a lot faster.
Sorry he is no better than anyone else it’s money. Sorry but I don’t think that was him in that video.

Do you live in Canada? I do and they don't keep you here in the hospital unless you are very serious. There is nothing you can do for broken ribs, road rash and cracked wrists. Here they may keep him over night then they send you home. it's a bit different here than in the USA. I am amazed at the things they keep Americans in the hospital for lol.....
People here have heart attacks and you go home in 3 days. You give birth and 5 - 10 hrs later you go home. It's a little different here.
It was definitely him, it was a bad accident. If he has a pretty severe concussion the hospital will have him booked in for more tests etc as an out patient.
Also, here in Canada our hospitals are filled to capacity and our health system is in dire straights. They get you in and out of a hospital right away because there are usually no beds. He may have spent the night in emergency then sent home.

What is a 40 some year old man with a family to support acting like a teenager going so fast on pavement. My nephew got one for Christmas rode it a few times and then sold it. Too much chance for injuries. Hope he has a quick recovery but should have more common sense.

I’m sorry he got hurt but was it necessary to drop the name of the scooter (unless he meant it as a warning that those models could have a fault). He sure does like his toys. Was he wearing a helmet?
I’m not surprised he is home. As the previous person said in Canada they don’t keep you unless necessary. There’s no room and hospitals aren’t money makers like in USA. He’d be sent home and would follow up with his family dr, possibly fracture clinic, or whichever other specialists might be needed as an outpatient.
Although I know concussions can be serious and have long term consequences I do see him using it as an excuse if he gets called out for something on his channel in the near future when he was just wrong about something.
