Your diet does not affect the quantity of fat in your milk. It's unfortunately one of the myths tht is circulated.
lactose is a type of sugar that is in any mammal milk (lactose is made from the words that mean milk and sugar) . However, humam babies can be allergic to the bovine protein found in cow milk, which does transfer to the mom's milk when she eats bovine milk or meat. |
