Is that really how she chose to go out? I hope she’s not looking for a new dude.
I know there are many here who don’t think Don would ever try to modify child or spousal support, but please indulge me in this fantasy. He now has a wife and five children to support, no job, and a very large house to maintain; meanwhile Jen is “earning” a decent paycheck with Patreon. Imagine the new wife being the voice of reason and reminding him that Jen provides the barest minimum for the children and spends very little time with them. He seems at least as smitten with T as he ever was with Jen (and rightly so, from what we can see), so you know he wants to keep her happy. It would seem Don is living off his investments, and Jen already took half those.
TLDR; Don needs to file for primary custody (since he already pretty much has that) and request a support modification due to changing circumstances. Tens, help me out here.

Unfortunately no. She can do whatever she wants with her non-parenting time. Family court is a different sort of place.

With his no longer employed status, he would have to go to court to have child support reduced, which could be easier than trying to get more custody. He has money, when the company was sold, he probably got a good payout, plus they kept him on for the year following so he continued to have his salary. I want to believe Chin would give up more time to him as long as the support remains the same $. Tens gets support from her ex, no doubt, but he is probably in a much lower tax bracket than D**, so his support is probably a lot less, and she seems to have full physical custody. They seem to be on very good terms, too. Unlike the amazing body changing Chin, who seems to be very passive aggressive towards D&T.
