She is so damned impressed with herself. Loved her when I first saw her videos a few years ago. Can’t stand her now. She freaking buys at least one whole cow a year and keeps buying marked down beef and doesn’t need it. She also brags about how little she spends a month but her damn pantry, prepper pantry and freezers/refrigerators are packed to the gills. She could eat on what she has for months. She didn’t get that stockpile on the $300 to $400 a month she swears she spends on food. . -

I guess it would be easy to claim that since half of what's in her pantry and freezers is subsidized by whatever sponsorships she's doing at the time. It's what we call "false prosperity" in my house. . -

The most recent video, great ideas…… but if you’ve been cooking & meal planning for 2 decades, these tips are not revolutionary.
I always involved my family on meal planning. We kept an inventory list on the outside of the freezer, the fridge, the cupboards & pantry.
If you use it up, cross it off. I still do that with just 2 of us.
Her food hoarding gives me anxiety. Like those extreme couponing people.. -

It's not as bad as juli pascheco. 'For 2 adults and a baby gf cooks huge amounts of food. Her kids are both probably old enough to eat now, but I'm pretty sure she was "donating" that food to someone as a tax right off.
For instance she would cook 4 chicken breasts for dinner and then show her "plate" with 1 on it and a cup of salad as a side..
