Can you imagine the reaction if she got honest? If she told us that she is unhappy with where she is in life, that she never expected to be divorced and completely, totally alone at 40, and that she is still suffering from depression? Then goes on to say that she hates her body and eats because she is so depressed and then tries to exercise off those calories, but she can't outrun a terrible diet and her diet is, indeed, terrible, because she eats all of her feelings as a way to cheer herself up if only for a brief period. Then went on to say that she is the biggest she has ever been which is both scary and discouraging because of how many hours she spends exercising. Now THAT would be a video people would genuinely enjoy - not because we all hate her but because the honesty and openness would be refreshing and I am certain that we all have periods in our lives where we could relate to some version of that.
But we won't get that. She loves her body. It birthed and fed two humans. She has aways had an ample bosom and caboose and while that used to bother her, she has learned to not only accept but love her body. She mostly eats healthy but doesn't deny herself treats when she wants them because that is unhealthy. She knows she'll never be a twig but loves how strong she is now. Blah blah blah.

That would require emotional intelligence and self awareness. I’m not saying that she is not capable of those things however, I have yet to see her exemplify those qualities to date.

I think we should all take a heaping tablespoonful of Ben & Jerry's during the video every time she says it has taken her a lifetime to finally honor and love her body, even with its flaws...of which she'll note are now more pronounced ever since the birth of her two Circumstances.
