She and John, both, must be writing off a huge part of the house expenses (not to mention other), that is, if a married couple who share a house but have different "work from home" jobs can each claim that much. If they can, it explains quite a bit.

It is very dangerous to do filler in your nose. You can get vascular occlusions or even worse, it can cause blindness. She is playing with fire if she is injecting her nose.
