Her form has always been bad. This is where working out with a trainer present - along with mirrors to see your back is flat, etc. - will always be better. Bad form over and over again will only hurt her in the long run.

I don't get migraines, thankfully.. My question though, how in the hell is she on her screen all the time/IG, and also bragging to binge-watch different shows on her TV? If she was feeling the onset of one coming along, wouldn't she prefer not watching something electronic for hours, while also losing sleep/rest?
I wonder if a lot of her skin problem is the ingredients in her "supplements" but also avocado- for food.. My skin does what her face looks like, if I have avocado.. Of course all that nasty "skincare" and makeup are a huge contributor, but for her being such a "health freak" why not go do an allergy panel test? Also, maybe the fake pirate loot irritates her skin? Just sayin', figure it out, Rust- your body is rusting!
(I mean, it could be something like avocado if she's allergic, but as often as she's eating eggs too, it could be that. She's got some massive issues on her face, though! With all the crap she uses on her skin, who knows if they'll ever know what the hell her problem is!)
