Regarding the boyfriend…
She never actually said “boyfriend”. However, she mentioned that a niece was staying with her parents and when she was showing the basement set up, she said “if THEY don’t want the dog to sleep on the bed…”, so it was obviously the other niece and her boyfriend.
When she was complaining about all the partying (lol), she mentioned the ages ranged from 18-21 or something, meaning she was talking about more than 2 people (that is, not just the 2 nieces).

I'm most definitley a 99%er, typical home 4 br 2 1/2 baths and I have TWO guest rooms!!!! And when the house is crowded only little kids wind up on an air mattress. Jen didn't want them there and would never give up a room for guests.
