I don't know that you need a script, do you? There is a new spa that opened near me and one of the things they advertise is semaglutide shots. It didn't say you needed a script. It didn't give a price either.
I watch Married to Medicine and one of the doctors was using Ozempic and she said once she got her appetite under control, she quit using it. It's not meant for long term use, you are supposed to start eating healthy and exercise. She did say if she started to gain weight again, she absolutely would go back on it. I heard another reality star talk about it and she said she used it to jumpstart her weightloss until she could get her cravings under control. Then she was able to get off it and eat healthy.

for the medspa thing -- you attend a "party" and a nurse practitioner or derm authorizes the purchase. or you do an online consult and get a prescription for it.

I am sure there is a high school girls somewhere who is going on their social media and laughing about the old lady in the Walmart clothing looking like she just stepped out of a 1980's Sears catalog. Giggling about her straw like hair, bug eyed sunglasses, ugly loafers, tacky jewelry, fake designer handbag and wondering why a stumpy, greasy man is following her all around the town.
She is definitely the pot calling the kettle black.

i dont hate the jeans but they are a tad short. i like the sandals. i hate the blouse - it's so synthetic and cheap looking.
her hair. UGH. disgusting. dirty. matted. didnt she just have a hair day?
her snarl/smirk is indeed more pronounced with the invisalign.
her sunglassas make her look hangdog and pulls all her features down. no lift, not flattering.
sigh. will you ever learn? how long has she been at this again?

I like the style, colors, etc of the blouse but the fabric is rayon and nylon. That seems like it would be hot.
I don't know if I never noticed or forgot that Avara clothing, at least some of it, is junior sizing. All the pants and jeans I've looked at are juniors. I'd never be able to wear them.
