Same with pasta. Chubbyemu did a whole video on it on YouTube. But, Jen's a supermom and knows what she's doing, so what do we know?
This tracks though because Don used to make turkey soup (from the CARCASS, her favorite holiday word at the time) and they would store it in the fridge in a non airtight pot for over a week eating off of it and THEN freeze any remainder after that. She's clearly been praying for listeria and salmonella since birth.
