Exactly. Disney “bounding” means dressing in something that reminds people of a character. For instance, if I want to bound and wore lemon yellow pants, a cobalt blue top, and put a red bow on my pony tail, I would be Snow White. No ears are involved. I know a lot of people do it daily, but are usually not noticed. Disney has strict rules about wearing costumes, not allowed. Bounding is a way to dress as the character without a costume.

January has been a doozy. When people say January lasts forever she never really felt that but this year she did. Hmm what was different this year? First time ever mothering full time.

Disney only allows children to wear actual Disney costumes in the parks (and makes bank selling those costumes). Adults recreate Disney character costumes through regular clothing and non-Disney costume pieces as a loophole.
