Jen probably received more birthday wishes from the bakery than in real life. Hope she’s feeling very celebrated that she created a community that she craves, even if it’s on a gossip board!

Is she off on another solo birthday cruise? “Don, I’ve had to feed them and do their laundry for 32 1/2 days! Now that you’re back from the space station, I think I deserve a trip for my birthday. Actually, you should keep them until I get back from Princess Weekend—well, why not just bring them back in March. I’ll need a few days to recuperate from the half-marathon…”

If CC is taking dance classes Jen could ( but won’t) get a ballet bar set up in her gym next to the mirror she would been thrilled. But you know Jen she is selfish.

It doesn't even cross her mind to share with the kids. The kids planner she bought is the perfect example. Gene knows she doesn't need it but went ahead and got it anyway for nostalgic purposes. How about you buy it for your little girl so you can teach her about organization from an early age? Specially since organizing is something you've enjoyed your whole life!

Because she enjoys BUYING all of the organizational products, not actually USING them!

Still thinking about this: if Jen had just left her car, it would've only spent an extra two weeks wherever she had parked it. So instead of playing it by ear, maybe leaving the kids with her parents for a weekend, or--THE HORROR--taking them on a CA road trip, she made the crisis at RM3 JEN'S crisis and booked a last-minute flight to reposition her rumpus vehicle.
When it turns out, she could've waited til Don was back and gone this past weekend.
She's the last person you'd want around during an emergency, an emotionally overreactive mess.
Everything about her life is so fragile - if the car really couldn't have stay parked an extra two weeks, then she's operating with a huge amount of risk. Which is kind of inevitable when you live a life based on feelings over facts.
Anyway. I'm really looking forward to her update video
