lol I like how we’re telling stories of people we know who moved on quickly after a marriage and the second one lasted. But the first ones ended in the spouse dying!

2.5 hours actually working out
30 min yoga
10 min "body scan meditation."

I have a friend who is Jen’s age. Has not run or jogged since high school gym class. She’s doing a Disney 10k as a fund raiser with others. Because it’s easy and you can walk it. Jens medals mean nothing.

Random thought - if Charlotte’s coming out of her room for multiple hugs at bedtime, while her light is red…sounds like boundary pushing to me. Good for her. Fight the power Charlotte.

Unpopular opinion but I would love Corian countertops or any surface that would give me one color, nothing speckled where I'm forever thinking is that a spill/stain and have to run my hand over it and look at it an an angle to be sure.
