I swear, why would anyone with a brain take Jen Chapin's suggestions for "healthy" no-cook convenience foods when she weighs more years after she had weight loss surgery? She's always so out of breath too, just from talking.
Nothing wrong with using some common sense, which she lacks, and having something readily available like an apple and walnuts for a snack.

No, it's just something I came up with after seeing the crap they eat. A jackhammer would be needed to clear out their colons rather than a broom..
