Ok that breaks my heart. We had parakeets just like them growing up. I had the green one and my brother had the blue one. We loved them so much and were heartbroken when they died.
Those poor birds won't live long under her care

I also had parakeets growing up. Their cage needs to be cleaned a lot…..fresh water…..bird seed…..and i always made sure to have a cuttlebone in the cage so they could sharpen their beaks. I would close my bedroom door and let them fly around the room so they could spread their little wings and I trained them to land on my finger. I had a bird bath that I would attach to the cage and they would dip into it in the summer months. This was all in the mid 70s! Memories! She knows nothing about taking good care of them. Poor things will be neglected and be gone in no time. Ugh!

I had parakeets growing up too! They were so sweet. I feel like they didn't live very long though  Maybe 6 or 7 years.
