She should vlog herself going to one of those luxury head spas. They wash your hair with all sorts of potions and then take a look at your scalp up close with a camera. That might help her to figure out what’s wrong with her (just the hair) and help to encourage her to keep it clean.

Was I just having a mental glitch? Ok, she says will speak to her cruise after the fact for safety reasons, then says its during March, and then says if you see her to walk up to her but not during disciplining her kids. Well, Jen you can't be that concerned about safety or anything like that there are only so many ports from Florida and so many Disney cruise sailings during March and so many ships.

Did I miss something about Jen saying she only washes her hair 1x week?
I honestly think Jen is in a 100% self-love era that she chases away ALL her negative talk as part of her 'therapy' exercises. Heaping shame upon yourself with negative self talk is a real thing people need to work their way out of, and it is hard, consistent, work. But not all negative thoughts about oneself is wrong. Something like, 'this outfit does nothing for my shape', 'my hair is oily and string today, I need to wash it' are healthy observations and not judgemental, but she has taken them as they were. She has gone overboard pushing away all negative-towards-her thoughts and this is what we are left with! Jen...it's ok to realize your hair looks crappy and needs a wash, cut, and style. It's OK to realize certain clothes don't look right. It's ok to take advantage of the money you have and make yourself presentable, instead of this ditch you've fallen into and overcompensate by telling yourself it's fine, perfectly fine.

She appears on camera in this way because 1. It reinforces her poor me. 2. I am just so busy. 3. Since divorce I am completely alone. Never mind she spends half her time exercising and the other tripping. This is how she gets her patrons to pay for her life, also those Disney trips are far from cheap. Is any one keeping track of what she has already spent on Disney runs, hotel, flights, food and now this expensive cruise? by the way what did she do on her Birthday? Its the beginning March yet and I feel she has spent about $10K. Jen, don't you think your patrons deserve a clean you?
