Sorry, but I would not eat leftover chicken after it's been in the fridge a week. Three days is usually the safe limit to hold chicken. I can't believe she eats all that lettuce. Her bowl was huge.

I haven’t quite finished yet….but she is manic AF. So much talk about food. When she was making her family-sized salad she couldn’t complete a thought without bringing up 4 other things. It is nutso. Now she’s babbling to the camera while watering her plants. She has no one and she is losing her mind.
The way her kitchen cabinets almost reach the ceiling, but not quite, makes me itch.
