So lemon lost 2lbs this week
So she is at a 5lb loss for two weeks.

That’s “ok” i guess. But i still don’t understand how this Next Level plan works.

She will lose on average 10-12lbs on the shred going by her history. So why don’t you just keep going?? Why then “reverse” and eat 3000 calories for 6 weeks?

I was assuming that being on the reverse was intended to trick the metabolism and then when she went to shred she would drop big lbs.

But 5lbs in two weeks is very average and actually kind of low IMO for someone that is around 200lbs.

There is nothing special about Nicole’s crazy plan.

Bodybuilders don’t reverse as long as Nicole’s plan says. They do 6-8 weeks, not 3 months. And that’s after intense cutting.

A regular person doesn’t need to do it unless they are at a weight loss plateau for a few weeks. And again, for like 4 weeks.

Otherwise, in a regular diet do like one day every 2 weeks or once a month.
