She could lose the excess bagage quite easily by cutting down on sugar and fat. It wouldn't be an extreme diet at all. In fact, it'd be the standard diet for many people around the world. Nobody's telling her she can't ever have any sugar or wack-a-molay again but damn, Jen, stop indulging yourself 24/7, be it food, Disney crap or overpriced Etsy ceramics.
She's treating herself like it's her birthday every single day of the year since her divorce. Moderation and delayed gratification. Her dopamine reward system is completely effed up at this point so I just don't see how she'll go about retraining her brain without proper help but she's got all the funds required to hire the right therapist.
