I agree! We had to sweep it out, take out the garbage, put the towels in the washing machine, set the temperature to their preference. I made the bed and scrubbed out the shower on my own because she emailed constantly, I didn't want any surprise charges. And there was still a cleaning fee because we brought our dog, who was out every day with us. It's not something we ever want to do again.
