Jen’s first Mother’s Day without Don AND during a quarantine where she can’t see her own family.
This could be the perfect time for an epic meltdown

Did anyone notice in the EC review that the personalized planner said "Jen Ross" on the cover? Do you think EC sent it like that because that's how she always had them or she requested for that to be the customization? If they divorce can she still keep the name Ross or she should go back to Boyles? Sorry I'm not married and in my country we don't change name so I don't know if this is normal or she's in denial about not being a Melissa anymore lol

I can't believe the depths of this woman's self-centeredness. Listen Jen, no one cares about whether or not you get a Mother's Day gift in the midst of a global pandemic/economic recession! Least of all your soon to be ex-husband, who no longer has any need to keep you happy with material goods. If that was so important to you, you shouldn't have started down the road to divorce in the first place. Add this to the list of privileges that you will no longer have access to as the former Mrs. Ross.

I know a lot of women who keep the name after divorce to have the same name as the kids.. but that usually changes if the ex gets remarried (or if they do obviously)

Aaaand the children are her content again.
Whatever criticism she gets, however she initially reacts to it, she never takes a Single. GD. Thing. and actually uses it to change her behaviour for the better. She just whines about it and then carries on doing whatever she feels like in the moment anyway. She never ever reflects or learns about herself. Jen's old habits which are designed to gain her maximum attention and self-serve at the expense of everyone else (even her own children!!!) will just not die.

I have to agree about that binder. I can’t stand having one with bad rings that catch on every sheet of paper. Drives me crazy.
For anyone else, I would think giving your ex a Mother’s Day gift is a nice gesture since she’s the mother of your children (same with Father’s Day...curious to see what she does) but I think it’s tacky to hint to “the dads out there”. Please.

The fact that she used the same wording "support me and my family" through affiliate links both in her video and her instagram makes it sound even more fake and calculating. Not to mention that it's coming from the One Percenter Queen of Smug.
And what's it with her referral link, "I don't know if it's actually working". Just ask your freaking "contact" at EC.
And was she insinuating that Don doesn't take care of his kids' hygiene with her comment about CC's hair? CC's hair is never brushed.

QUOTE (StillChloeKnockoffs @ 27/4/2020, 16:25) QUOTE (Splurgysplurge @ 4/27/2020, 10:16 AM) I’m a scrapbooker I picked it up 15/20 years ago when archivers was a thing Usually I do a few pages when I travel, do something out of the ordinary or fun, life event etc.
So I just continue with one scrap book until the pages are out and I get another I say it’s my one thing lol
However, I’m thinking about ending the scrapbook thing when the one I have is done and just using my planner for both memory keeping and planning
So u are finding that it works ? Definitely works for me! I use the monthly calendar for bill reminders and any important meetings I want to remember. Anything else, I just use google calendar, since the weeklys are strictly for memory keeping. I have a Sprocket printer- I use that and pictures that I just print out on sticker paper. I also make my own weekly kits (this week the theme is spring in NY), lay those down ahead of time, and then add in pictures I take throughout the week, plus any journaling, after the fact. It's a nice hour or so a week. I too occasionally like to be gentle with myself like Jen. I have the zip too I’m going to convert to this and I like your idea of using the monthly for business type stuff and the rest for a memory keeping / hybrid

She tried it, but was soon summoned to the Manor by Suzanne (we think). I believe that Don's grandmother was there that year, but I'm not entirely sure I'm remembering that correctly. She was pouting because she'd have to share the attention with others on her first Mother's Day. It was hilarious that Mama Jen thought she could throw her weight around like that once she'd had a Ross child and was suddenly feeling all-powerful within that family. She was quickly brought back down to earth by the ones who provide every material comfort in her life.

I think the ear tugging is her way of stopping herself from rubbing her face and eyes. As soon as she starts filming on IG, her hand almost always goes straight to her face. But since she was called out on it, I’ve noticed she will sometimes touch her neck or ear, probably because she realizes what’s happening and is trying to do something with else her hand. The old Jen never did that, so I’m not sure where this face touching habit came from.
