If covid was her only excuse for canceling the kids Disney trip, she will have to take them in future years or keep coming up with new excuses. One way to sure have your kids hate you for life.

You travel w/o your children when they’re w/ their other family.
So, now, you’re in Disney for a couple of races, & it’s Wine & Dine at EPCOT.
Go live it up.
Have some kind of vegan dish from the Mexican cart. Have a drink in France.
Show yourself eating room service in the hotel bathtub.
Buy some teddy bears in Germany for CC & Donny.
Show off your race medals. Tell everyone how proud of yourself you are.
Make everyone wish we were you - an independent, empowered woman w/ no regrets & no responsibilities prancing through Disney World, living the good life.
The Chicago theatre stories & posts were stupid & not very well-thought out, &, now, the hiding & deleting comments on Instagram is not doing you any favors.
So give up the pretense.
And, if you’re truly happy to be in Disney & feel no remorse, then prove it.

I’m not a runner, so a couple of questions…
It was dark in those photos… how early do they run?!
Is it normal to do a 10k followed by a Half the very next day? I still wonder if she registered for two and picked the one she was ready for but we’ll see tomorrow… or she’ll hide from the cameras, lol.

Make friends in line, read this. In early October, my BFF wants to go to space 220. Long ass line, she goes to find out if its for the bar or the restaurant. I stay in line and strike up a conversation with the lady and her daughter in front of me. Standard how is your day going, what have you eaten, all that stuff. Nice woman. So BFF finally comes back and says 45 minutes minimum for the bar and same line. We decide it is not worth the wait and say goodbye. The woman says wait, we have reservation for 4 but our other two are delayed at the airport at home. Would you like to join us? We said yes, it was an amazing meal. So ALWAYS at least say hello in line, you never know.

This right here! Disney is no more dangerous, from a germ perspective, than the kids going to school and flying in planes to Utah. Jen needs to STFU with the covid excuse for canceling the kids trip but still going herself.
Side note: if Don took the kids for an extra day or two do she could go to Disney, I hope he negotiated to get more time with the kids in Utah at Christmas in return.
