According to her IG account her meals consisted of bacon and eggs, greasy bacon cheeseburgers and hot dogs from the food court, a dried up looking piece of filet mignon, Diet Dr. Pepper, No sides, No cocktails, No Desert, ughh. How is she not Constipated?

Apparently, she had chronic diarrhea before she turned carnivore (hence changing her panties all day long). So, instead of the excess meat diet constipating her (like it would the average person), it has evened out her bowel habits. Add to that, all her supplements with fiber and laxatives and now she feels fabulous.

That reminds of a weight loss pill I renamed The Shit Shooter. After gaining 40 pounds during pregnancy, I struggled losing the weight. I took something called Alli which makes ingested fat turn oily. I think I lasted 3 or 4 days then threw it out. I ended up losing the wight on Jenny Craig. Don't judge, 40 pounds was a lot of weight for me at 5'4" with a small frame. To this day, my sisters still tease me about taking the Shit Shooter.

What I don't get is how her minions can even think her extremely unhealthy diet is anything they would want to consider. It must be that they are just as uneducated as she is.

People have become delusional.
Just think, in the not too far off future, when grandchildren get older they will say, wow, I look nothing like my grandma . . . of course not, between photoshopping, fillers, lifts, tweaks and who knows what else, grandma will not even look like herself. (speaking generally, not only about Lisa)

I know this is redundant but a real sub is not cheese and ham....it's various deli meats like salami, ham, bologna,capocollo, etc. with lettuce, tomato, onions, peppers, oil, vinegar and seasonings.
She is too backwoods to know this but you gals from up north know what a real sub is

Didn’t her dr put her on Miralax? I bet she takes it often. Lisa doesn’t drink enough water for this kind of diet. With both carnivore and keto you have to drink water all day to not be constipated.

Research taking Miralax, daily, for an extended time frame. Everyone ends up wearing Depends, or whatever brand of their choice. They lose muscle control in their rectum and the poop just comes on out when the bowel gets full.

She drinks plenty of fluids. With the crushed ice and diet sodas she consumes all day long, she gets enough fluid.
A well respected doctor and professor at the Medical College of Georgia here in my town, and who has written books on cancer causation and diet, and also a tv appearance told me 20 years ago that the "8 glasses of water per day" was not correct. She said the water consumed in all drinks, soups and watery fruits are all to be counted in your water intake. She also pointed out that too much water or fluid can be toxic to the system.
I'm sure the doctor put her on miralax to counter all the meat she eats as well as fiber supplements she's taking because if you don't get enough fluid with fiber, constipation occurs.
Lisa probably did not tell him how many large sodas she drinks per day. I'm also sure the numerous diet drinks with caffeine cause her poop shoot to blow. Sorry.
