I don't get why anyone would think that they need someone else's recommendations on what to buy in the sale. If they were picking one item out of a category, it might hold some weight, but tastes are so subjective. I really don't care what any of the influencers like in a sale. It's obvious what they are doing....linking anything and everything to make a buck. . -

Stuff goes on sale year round at stores. Marnie acts like this is the end all of sales. Everything she picked out was so bland and boring too. . -

Between Nordstrom Rack, pop-up and holiday sales from manufacturers, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, almost anything you could possibly want in the Anniversary sale will be available at the same or a lower price in the next few months. The more I look through the sale, the more I realize there is absolutely nothing special about the offerings this year. And I am absolutely refuse to buy winter clothing when it is 95 degrees outside and having it sit in my closet for months before I can wear it. I hope this years sale is a bust for influencers. It is like watching a used car salesman try to sell you a lemon. . -

I'm not a fashionista, but I have a pair of black chunky Chelsea type booties--they're definitely for cold weather. Her beige suede Western booties are so foul, especially the peep toes. And I definitely don't see knee-high boots anywhere. . -

I see plenty of lug sole booties and white heeled ankle booties here.
I can’t reconcile someone that short with a 28 inch waist and 38 inch hips only weighing 134. Add me to the 150 club.. -

I hated open toe booties from the moment they came into existence. I think only Marnie is keeping that style alive. I don’t see anyone wearing them anymore.. -

lug sole booties seem to be the trend now, but they have to be the right one -- ie shaped nicely on the shaft so that it's not schlumpy. also, i am not seeing beige or nude boots as a trend -- it's more darker browns, even darker maroons.
her style is so dated and matronly.. -

I should clarify that the only ones wearing white booties here are under 25.
Did she really find a new pair of open toed booties?
