Even if Marnie was not promoting that dress, I still wouldn’t wear it. Way too much fabric in the front. It looks so heavy especially with the tweed jacket. Neither of which go with the sandals. Black trousers, white button down top, and black leather, pointy toe pumps would have looked basic. However, it’s a far superior outfit that that ill-fitting, cheap looking dress.
All of these women can’t put together a decent, cohesive outfit to save their lives. Pinterest is your friend. Look up tweed jacket outfits. Look in your closet and create an outfit from the picture. It’s not that hard.

they have a similar tweed jacket at Nordstrom that is a shorter, more current length. that would have been cute with jeans and a white tee. or a black dress. the trend is towards monocrhomatic outfits in blacks, beiges, greys and whites.
that green is too much color.
