Do they even make maternity clothing in a size 30? What’s her only other option, a tent?? I cannot believe she will find something that fits her at the 7 month (and going forward) mark.

She’ll have to buy regular plus size clothes in 6X from Walmart or Amazon.

If I remember correctly from my years in the perinatal clinic, if you have gestational diabetes in pregnancy you will eventually develop Type 2 diabetes. I believe Alex already is T2.

I think she is too.
When is her glucose test? The one where you have to drink the sweet stuff and then hang out for blood draws?
I wonder if she'll even share that process. Or tell the truth about it. I would be SHOCKED if she passed the first test.

She will NEVER reveal the test itself or results. How can her results be normal with her weight, serious carb addiction (and God only knows what other foods / sugars she is consuming?) The tale will be told when she magically produces a 14 lb baby.

I swear she is going to end this pregnancy 70lbs heavier than she started.
None of her clothes will fit.
She won't be able to find clothes she likes.
She will be expecting that breast feeding will take the extra weight gain off.

A lot of work men gain with breastfeeding especially when they eat as much as she does. And she won’t last long breast-feeding it can be really intense. She’ll give up if she even does it.

IMO, This is completely irresponsible of Alex to have a dog leash belt wrapped around her stomach while pregnant. One serious or sudden jerk from Bruno and Alex could trip or fall. Beside nothing should be hooked to her waist then pulled or tugged on. JMO.
By the way, she’s back in pink with pink nails (Instagram post) which is fine, as long as she not manifesting (wishful thinking) her anatomy appointment shows her blood work was wrong?
