It’s creepy to keep asking about the kids school.
I’ve bought many things Jen’s recommended, the latest being the hydro flask for her kids. Most of ours all leak 🙄.
I wonder if we’ll ever know what the final straw was in their marriage. -
.Statistically, C section recovery is more difficult than a vaginal recovery. But there are still a lot of people out there believing that C Section is "the easy way out". Considering it's a major abdominal surgery, there is nothing easy about it.Some women recover faster, some slower. But in general, vaginal delivery has a faster recovery. I am not sure, but Jen mentioned that as well.
I don't have children, so a completely naive question/supposition. I'm guessing that even if it's a faster overall recovery, and the woman is fully recovered fairly quickly, it could still take a long time for the sexual recovery from vaginal birth, right? I can see how, even factoring in the hormonal wackiness, sleep deprivation, and other issues that come with delivering a child by either method, the fact that (as someone aptly described it in another post) you pushed a turkey through your vagina would take a toll on your sex drive/desire to play with anything down there more than even a major surgery like a c-section would?
I'm actually not sure it mattered for them at that point, because like many pointed out, things seemed to start going downhill with CC's birth. But I could also see them being completely unprepared for her sex drive to go to zero for a long time after this long-awaited holy grail of a natural birth experience.
I know I've chimed in with quick comments here and there, but I haven't said what I think about the whole thing. I'm of the opinion that nothing huge happened to precipitate this. Jen didn't want kids, she had to have two of them to get Don his heir, she was weirdly detached and at the same time obsessed with Charlotte's every breath.
We have to remember that she'd been telling Don she wanted kids but wasn't ready yet for over a decade. We just saw glimpses, but I imagine that at some point they had discussions where she had to outright lie and convince him that yes, she really wanted them. And once she had a child, she simply didn't act like someone finally had what she said she'd wanted, I think she even said yearned for for so long. And if she couldn't act enough to convince us in a few videos, how could she convince him 24/7? I think that's when Don started having his doubts. I certainly would've if I were in his position. And yes, given how obsessed she was during Charlotte's infancy, she probably froze him out so there was no sex or even emotional intimacy of any kind to distract him from those thoughts.
How it spiraled from there, I don't know, but him having seen through Jen's "award-winning" acting skills and her being miserable was a recipe for disaster.
You have to wait 6 weeks to have sex after a vaginal delivery or risk infection. Where the placenta was on the inside, you have about the size of a dinner plate open wound. -

.When/where/how did the “wonderland” begin? Or is it a bakery term? She may have a rack, but I always thought she came across as somewhat masculine. Did anyone see a pic from a loooooong time ago, a backside shot of her in a skimpy, tight, croptop type of wear...I know there’s a name for it, but I just can’t think of it. My daughter wears one in gym/dance. But anyway, Jen had braided pigtails in the photo and she looked so masculine. That was the whole gist of the photo, calling her a linebacker.

.Jen follows michele1218. In her head, she probably does think that her life post divorce will be like Michele’s. Exes and new partners all playing nice and grown up with each other. What she will soon come to realize is that that’s an exception and nowhere near the norm. Jen and Don simply don’t have the maturity it takes. I think she will struggle when the dust settles.
They for sure don’t have the maturity. Especially if Don goes for a younger woman. I could see a younger woman not having the maturity to realize that Jen will always be in their life because of the kids.
(not saying younger woman are like this, just the ones Don is going for.)Can someone explain the Melissa references, please? -

I’ve been going back and watching her recently posted videos that I’ve skipped, and she mentioned they are going to Disney in March. I hope she vlogs it. 🤣
I wonder if they will do a family vacation, but stay in different rooms, Don will stay home, or room together to try to keep normalcy for the kids. -

Wow! i haven’t posted in so long. Jen has been an absolute snooze, so I would watch here and there. I can’t believe they are actually getting a divorce. And the tinder profile 2 months ago 😳
