Not snarking on anybody's weight...but I was barstool shopping a while ago and many of the ones with thin metal legs like that wouldn't hold a lot of weight... I'd be worried about an adult sitting on them.
but also - agree with JenuinelyUnorganized that nobody will ever sit in them anyway. |

Nothing worse in a $$$ house than tiny little windows.
There are lots of homes getting built around us - and they are putting in teeny little windows in all of them and it looks so, so cheap. |

| We get the big ones here in Texas.
We have a regular pest control guy who visits and we are also very clean and careful.
But once in a while, especially after a heavy rain, one of those boogers will creep its way into the house.
They gross me out.
I would DIE if I had an infestation like that.
I might have to burn down the house.
FWIW, my pest control guy said that wasn't unusual to see a big one once in a while (especially since we have a lot of trees), but it's certainly helped having him treat the house regularly. |

| As others have said - Yes - where there is humidity there is algae especially in places where it stays moist and doesn't dry out from the sun.
It is typically not mold/black mold as far as what I've been told.
More like an algae or mildew.
People here where I live make a pretty decent living by having pressure washing businesses. |
