IG commercial by Jen fishing for more Patreon subscribers

$5/mo from the poors to feed the ego and empty soul of the millionaire.

    :29:

Wtf?! Like “hey, if you want to see 1/10 of the content I used to make that actually made me somewhat popular, give me $5”.

Ok. This is a slight tangent but it circles back to Jen. I was watching a Fundie Fridays YT video about Welcome to Plathville (a messed up, somewhat religious, isolated family that is a really interesting sociological look at the damage parents can do). In the 3rd season of the show, the wife has decided she wants a divorce after messing up most of the children’s lives. And now she’s trying to rewrite her life a La Jen. Like the mom is now into kayaking and she’s opening up a dance studio even though she can’t dance. It just reminds me of Jen and how she was “held back” from being her authentic self but she’s doing all these things that she thinks will make her happy but they don’t. And she’s trying to convince herself that she’s happy. And luckily for Jen’s kids, they have Tens to hopefully create a positive family environment for them, unlike the Plath kids.

I saw some bees in our garden and I was so happy! How does she think we get our food without bees pollinating the crops? Oh that’s right, she doesn’t eat fruit or vegetables.

It was way too ambitious for her. A garden of that size when you only grew a couple tomatoes and strawberries is bound to be overwhelming. Especially with the heat this year. She should have started with half the garden and gotten her feet wet and then expanded if needed. But Toni has to do everything big. Really big. Anyone remember her Tieks collection? Or her planner collection? It this was on a whole other level. And she didn’t put air conditioning in her garden shed, did she? Hahahahahahaha

Toni just posted that her garden is basically done for the summer. What a waste to spend thousands of dollars on a garden only to have a few tomatoes, peppers and green onions. Also doesn’t help that she left the garden for a week during the busy summer growing season.

I’m slightly happy that her garden was a flop.

When she talks about how independent she is I want to scream that if she wants to claim independence she needs to stop taking Dons money. Make your own money, buy your own house, pay for your own car.

Jen has been filming herself and her locations for over a decade, yet I have a friend who is visiting Canada and her candid Facebook photos are 1000 times better than Jen’s. Like I actually want to go to the same location as them because it’s so beautiful. But maybe that’s the idea…Jen doesn’t want anyone around her. Even after she has left a location.

I love how Jen thinks that hiking alone in the wilderness is relatable to her average follower - women in their 30s and middle aged, probably married, probably with kids. Nope... none of them regularly go hiking and need a bunch of equipment so that they don't die alone.

It’s also not aspirational. Like I enjoy watching videos and stories of people who live much differently than me, but it’s people who vacation in Monaco, not lonely women who travel in their spare car with $200 mugs. Show me beautiful clothing, elegant gatherings, and exotic locations. I don’t want to see dusty trails with an out of touch “single mother”.

According to the reports from the participants and organizers, it’s the steepest course, with grades up to 40%.

That’s why her coach was having her do step ups. If she’s not going to train on real trails, that was the best alternative.

Her dorky rucking around flat as a pancake Chicago didn’t do squat. She needed to be climbing steps, doing steep inclines on the treadmill, and hiking rugged terrain on back to back days during her traveling, not “I went for a 2 mile run around Santa Fe before going on an eating tour.”

I’m convinced she’s on major pain killers to get through this and Dopey on such poor training.

It’s amusing that between Instagram and Facebook videos and photos, we have only found her in the background at the very beginning and poking around behind someone who later made multiple friends on the course. This is an event that is big on support and community and she’s nowhere to be found.

Last year she kept climbing steps along the lakefront to train. I’m surprised that she didn’t do that again this year. It would have helped more than just carrying around extra weight in her ass and her backpack.

The belly fat is no joke, for sure. If she adds that to her already large backside, she’ll have as much trouble finding pants that fit as she does now with bunion-accommodating shoes.

Co-signing. I’m only 41 and have come to the conclusion that I’m already in peri because omg. Among other things, I was always a true size 4 no matter what. In the last year and a half I am magically an 8 now and struggle to do a damn thing about it. My efforts have been a total failure so far. My cager, of course, can still fit into his high school wardrobe despite EatingAllTheSugarLikeJen and doing absolutely nothing for his health.

Jen is already growing like crazy despite exercising like crazy. When this kicks in, she is doomed.

Menopause weight gain is real. And frustrating. And Jen’s eating habits are atrocious and will do her no favors when her hormones change even more. Not to mention the hair loss that occurs. And she has no spare hair to lose.

Turns out Apple charged me again for a subscription. 😡 second time canceling.

This woman has a problem. Buying all that stuff now throwing it out. I love how she just happened to show her multiple Frank & Eileen shirts she’s a fool for paying what they charge for a run of the mill linen top. She must have spent a fortune replacing all of her organizers, baskets, hair ties, towels, sheets, furniture, etc to match her latest aesthetic.what happens when color comes back in?

She’s empty. Obviously. Thinking that her stuff will fulfill her. I don’t doubt for one minute that she will replace everything she’s gotten rid of with something new.

I will agree with Toni that the Frank and Eileen tops are nice. But I buy mine from poshmark and save some serious coin. Her aesthetic fits her personality beige, bland, and boring.

She finally showed some veggies from her garden but even her tomatoes look pale and lifeless.

I'm oblivious at times, so I had to google sanky panky. Now that's in my search history.
    >_<

On the body image thing... I don't mean to Jen-fend, but I am questioning whether or not we don't give her any credit for clearly accepting her larger body. She does state she is "curvy" so clearly she has accepted something she hadn't before. She used to count out her 100 calorie snacks... clearly concerend about gaining weight, also concerned with what she wore and took great pride in it. After kids, she became ashamed of her changing body, weight gain, and covered it all up....remember the swimming leggings?

Now she clearly doesn't care out in those bike shorts with panty lines. Now, she may be delusional (very likely) which may be the cause of the abrupt pendulum swing. She also doesn't care....which can be positive or negative. It seems before she had pride in being small and petite and dressed to be cute, maybe in a way to make Don happy or proud... and she just grew out of that and couldn't put in the effort once she had kids to take care of. Normally, I would fully support someone who just wanted to be themselves, I don't know why I don't feel more supportive of her and instead want to just smack her.

She does use food as a crutch and she doesn't think she does. How long ago was it when she said she could no longer prawcess sugar? She's clearly still indulging.

She isn’t accepting her actual body. This is seen by her continuing to order clothing that is too small and the “editing” she does to her pictures on IG. Acceptance would be saying, “yeah I exercise a lot but I like my mocha Frappuccino Nutella caramel surprise coffee drinks so I actually need a size 12 instead of a size 6. I exercise because otherwise I would need a size 20 with the way I eat”. And to note, there is nothing wrong with any of those sizes, but it’s her fake body positivity while she is editing her pictures and wearing shorts that make her look like she’s packing a camel toe that is the problem. She would gain so much more from her viewers if she was just honest with her weight.

Why so many mugs for one person? How many can you use at one time? It doesn’t make sense but I know that’s how it is. And why does she put random crap that doesn’t fit the category? That always makes me itchy. At least make your categories make sense.

Just saw two IG videos in a row. One showed beautiful flowers, a quick peek at a bikini clad Tens and pretty surroundings. The second one was dry dirt paths, overcast surroundings and Jen in her oversized hat and backpack. What a start contrast. Don leveled up.

Her running outfit reminds me of outfits my son would pick out for himself when he was two or three. As for the music, Jinny, you’re correct. You’re never getting back together. That notion was cemented TWO! years ago when D•n got married. Move on already! By the way, not everyone has issues with holidays and not every family has tension. The issue appears to be you. Get some professional help.

She reminds me of a Dunkin Donuts with the orange and pink.
