Actually some self defense activity might be beneficial to her in more ways than one.
-she can meet people
-learn to defend herself
-get exposed to controlled discipline as opposed to just punishing herself under zero guidance
-give herself structure in the routine and goal reaching
-get those precious, precious endorphins
-buy new shit to fit her hobby
-post "bad ass" pics to social media
As a solo idiot who keeps putting herself in precarious situations on her travels, she should learn how to fight her way out of a wet paper bag.
I actually think she should look into it.

.Ranch is disgusting... but about once a year I get a rando hankering for it. I got to the store and there was a whole 10 x 6' wall fully stocked with ranch, all brands and variations. I couldn't believe it. I was paralyzed with overchoice. Is there a good ranch? Which one is it? Apparently in the hood people are serious about their ranch.
I am starting to think that those speculating that Jen surrendered custody may be right. That is the only thing that could bring her shame enough to stop posting for this long.

I am team Don dumped her and HE was the one who had been contemplating divorce for years. If you spend some time over on the rewatch thread it is just ridiculous how she bosses and belittles him.
I wonder if Jen has any kind of self awareness at all when it comes to the Ross family. Does she really not get that they will always be on Don's side, even if he did cheat, because there is so much money involved. She has to know they talked so much shit about her behind her back for at least the last year or so of that marriage. Don was miserable. She is so she’s done the house to match.
Gray is on the way out as a trend. I’ll admit I painted nearly the entirety of the last house shades of gray in 2014. I also had the all white kitchen and a few other very trendy updates. It resold at asking to some great retirees at the beginning of this year but everything I did will be outdated in less than 5 years and I doubt they’ll change any of it when it does.
The big difference between mine and Jens decorating is that paint is easy enough to change but I picked nice, forever pieces of furniture.
If gray is out, what is "in"?

I have looked into PRP but it is out of my price range right now. My thyroid always comes back back fine, although by my sisters have hypothyroidism.
Thanks for the advice DTR! I knew it would be a bad idea to let someone touch the front. Its just sooo tempting.

Hi guys, I'm about to get my hair done for the first time in five(!) months. I unfortunately have very thin,fine hair. Its hereditary from my mom, although my dad had thick hair and so do my siblings. I've been thinking about seeing a dermatologist about it but thinking it will probably be a waste of money. I take collagen pills three times a day. Bioten also.
Anyway, back to the hair appt. I want to get partial face framing highlights for summer and also because I've read that highlights make thin hair look thicker because it gives it more dimension.
The problem is that I am currently using one of those colored hair fiber products. In a dark brown shade. It does make my hair look fuller in front.I wouldn't be able to use that with highlights. Would highlights just expose my scalp even more? Or worse fry off the little remaining hair I have? I'm talking about caramel and gold tones,not platinum.
Its silly, but my hair used to be so beautiful and thick and now I'm scared to even finger comb it after a shower because I get balder every day I feel like.
Right now I'm stuck with this mousey, flat brown shoulder length hair that has no style or natural texture whatsoever. Won't hold curl.
Anyone have any suggestions, particularly about experience with getting professional help or with dealing with hairline alopecia.
It really sucks my self esteem out of me. Thank you in advance to anyone who has a word of advice
