| “The Met Gala is my favorite show to watch.” It’s not a show and it isn’t televised. The red carpet is streamed for fashion interviews but that’s about it. I guarantee Karen had never even heard of the Met Gala until social media, the Today show and YouTube shoved it down her throat. The celebs who attend this gala are all insufferable and take themselves way too seriously.
“Everyone asks me to make my tuxedo cookies.” lol!!! They are OREO cookies with icing. That doesn’t even qualify for Sandra Lee semi-homemade status.
That brown jumper dress is giving elementary school teacher circa 1993 ready to go on maternity leave. You can see Karen’s implant shift every time she moves her arm. Natural breasts don’t jerk like that. |

| Ross Park (that place gives me PTSD from when I worked there in my younger years) is owned by Simon Malls. I wonder if they are doing sponsorships with influencers to get people back in the mall. It’s a fairly nice mall but it is so dead compared to decades past. Amazon and online shopping is killing brick and mortar. Maybe she knows someone who works for Simon/Ross Park bc Karen is hardly an “influencer”. How she is landing paid sponsors on IG is beyond me. Maybe her payment was a voucher or stipend.
If Karen doesn’t talk about her new season of life as a pre-seen (senior), she needs to rethink her channel name. Enhance the Seasons was supposed to encourage women to embrace every stage of life while literally observing the holidays and seasons through decorating and homemaking. I have seen none of that beyond her boring new “gardening” hobby that she is only doing bc it’s trendy. |

| There are so many festivals, free concerts and events happening in the summer months that it’s overwhelming to even keep track of it all. If Karen doesn’t use the next few months to reel people in with fun vlogs, she’s an idiot.
She also has the big 6-0 and should share plans and activities for that. There should also be serious discussions about this stage of life. How she’s feeling. Advice for other women who are entering their senior years. 60 is the new 50, or even 40 for some people, so this could be really inspiring.
I hope we don’t get outdoor haven content followed by gardening and right into fall decor at Hobby Lobby. As soon as August rolls around, (maybe even July), you know Karen is going to act like decorating is her *passion* again. |

Lauren and her family seemed like nice people. I just wish she would have shared more of her real life with the viewers. I’ll eventually miss her content but she was so checked out and private in the last few years (and pretty much always) that there wasn’t much left to miss. She phoned in almost every vlog and video. When I think of Lauren’s content, I imagine staring at a pot of soup. Yawn! She is a fun time and could have provided so much more. The narcissists flock to YouTube. They have felt like celebrities in their own minds for their entire life and when social media came along, their time had arrived.
There are a few that may not be narcissistic when they start. Perhaps they genuinely have a talent for creating content and wanting to share things with the world. But the “fame” and easy money gets to them, and they too morph into insufferable people. It’s the weak ones that change for the worse.
I see very few people on YouTube who are genuine and without these traits, be it narcissistic their whole life and from the start of social media, or developed because of it. Most have it to begin with and this environment becomes toxic to them. It’s like an alcoholic living above a liquor store and working at a bar. |

| Agreed. Karen is never savvy enough to buy luxury secondhand. I think it’s just a believable fake.
Remember the knockoff Gucci belt? It’s all fake. The only real designer stuff she has is the LV Speedy from over a decade ago when prices were still reasonable (and Mark cared enough to keep her around). I think she might have one Neverfull tote that is real as well but her others are not authentic. |

| Her bags are all fake. There’s just no way she spent $3-$5K (depending on the size) for that Celine. It’s not even her style and so impulsive. Quiet luxury is not something Karen is into much less for that much money.
The fact that 99% of her things are fake (remember the Chanel earrings Mark supposedly got her and all of the fake stuff she and Lauren illegally sold on their bow teek)? This bag is no different. I think she either found one used for a decent price and spent all of Mark’s fun money after they saved for a couple of years with the trip being pushed back, or it’s just a decent fake.
I actually hope for her sake that it is fake; it would be the dumbest waste of that kind of $ ever to go all the way to Italy but buy a French bag you don’t even like! |

| | Her Dad has a fairly modest house. Not everyone who is successful is showy with their real estate portfolio but for a car guy, his house is not impressive at all. I think he’s just an older guy who spends his $ on his hobby. I don’t think Lauren comes from wealth at all which is why she acts the way she does. |

| I thought Karen titled her latest video Blooms and was doubling down? She’s probably too intimidated to actually say the word out loud. She will be back to it again soon enough. Karen is a keyboard warrior but very timid in real life.
I think the word Grandmother needs to make a comeback. Grand Mother. It’s perfect! Of course over the years grannie and grandma has become synonymous with old and out of touch but so many people are using cutesy nicknames that I think the original moniker is due for a strong comeback. Take ownership of your cronehood! |
