    I went and watched her stories yesterday, about her cousin. I haven't watched her much in weeks. She is so boring, nasty, mean and unlikeable.

    She creates so much busy work for herself, unnecessarily, I might add. She portions out a scoop of her BCAA and glutamine into a small plastic canister. When she makes her drink up, she dumps the canister into the water and tosses the empty canister into a basket.

    So, how does that save time? She still had to scoop out one scoop out of each tub. Why not have the canister sitting within reach, scoop each into the water and be done? It would actually take LESS time. You aren't screwing the lid on the plastic container, putting it in a basket and washing it out later. She said that once every few weeks she fills these up. That would be 10 minutes she could allocate to something else, in her tight daily task list!

    Goalz for Stacy....someone who yo-yos every year, gaining 20-30 pounds over the winter and then hurries to lose it come May. Yeah, that is goalz! LOL

    Exactly this. She started eating carbs, but continued eating high fat, and she has gained 20 pounds. She can eat carbs, but if she does, she needs to dial down the fat consumption.

    When she was showing the Popeyes chicken and said "occasionally we have to grab fast food", my head spun around and I was like "what are you talking about? You eat fast food a LOT. WingStop, Jimmy Johns, her Mexican place. Heck, even her Minced isn't like cooking something at home and they stop there 3X a week!

    She really doesn't understand food, nutrition, etc. She said that she isn't scared of fat, because it doesn't make you fat. She lost weight on keto eating fat. What she doesn't seem to grasp is, she lost weight because she was in ketosis and her body was using her stored fat and the fat that she was consuming for energy. Now, she thinks that she can continue eating the same amount of fat. The problem is, now she is eating carbs (often a LOT of them) so she isn't in ketosis. Her body is storing that fat! Why can't she grasp that? You can't eat high fat while you are consuming carbs and expect to lose weight!

    she also said that the carbs that she eats now are whole foods, a better quality of carbs. Um......you eat out or eat takeout 95% of the time. You have NO IDEA the quality of the carbs, nor do you know what else they are putting in as seasoning. You do know, but seem to ignore, the seed oils that those foods are prepared in/with.

    Is she really not smart enough to understand this stuff? It isn't hard.

    Never in my life have I seen anyone more obsessed with themselves. Her hair, her quads, her butt, her arms. It's ridiculous and sad.

    When she is telling us to "look at that quad", all I see is a soft leg? It's not big, but it is bigger than it was before, but I'm not seeing muscle definition? I'm seeing a soft, squishy leg.

    Wow. I can't believe that she posted that, LOL As for seeing big changes...it is impossible to tell. If she had on the same sports bra and had her hands down, my guess is she still has fat spilling over the sports bra and shorts. Without clothes on and with her hands on her hips, it will look different. Her muscles are slightly flexed.

    I was just looking at that, wondering where the quiz was. The size chart makes more sense! NO WAY is she a 37 inch hip.

    The weird thing is, if she didn't do all of the straightening, brushing down and spraying it down, she would have volume. If she bought curly hair products, put ONE (not 4) product in and scrunched her hair, she would have tons of volume.

    They were sized 4 from a company that makes people believe they are that small, Beefy Gene’s world . Meanwhile in the real world, she is most likely an 8, those size 4 gave her a camel toe.

    There is NO WAY she fits into a normal size 8, either. I would say she is a 12 or even a 14

    Most people wear street shoes/slides to the gym and put their gym shoes on once they enter. I'm surprised that they don't have that rule.
