.I’m thinking about packing away my Fall decor this week, doing a deep cleaning and then starting Christmas decorating next week.
I’m going to be having knee replacement surgery sometime between now and the end of the year (likely before the end of December) and I really want to get my decorating done. I also want to purge a lot of my decor so I would need to start bringing in boxes from storage soon.
Don’t come for me!

There’s no way around it I think she gets a lump sum the beginning of every year that’s either coming from a lottery win of some sort or HUGE SUE JOB(s)
NOTICE she SPENDS her MOST at the end of year and makes her BIG PURCHASES at the beginning of the year. That would align with knowing there’s huge chunk of change coming to cover all of it
I also think jrs college is funded by FINANCIAL AID and her grandparents on the fathers side FOOT THE REST OF THE BILL.

The conversation where Mikah discussed her mother’s ability to spend more happened in fall of 2018 when Giada was constantly getting on Instagram live constantly to rant about the cheer mom “ho heifers”.
Mikah’s paternal grandfather passed away in 2010 so it doesn’t seem likely that her father’s family would be able to do much for her financially, particularly since she is one of about 5 grandchildren on that side of the family.
Giada’s brother paid for Mikah’s textbooks during her first year at TTU (according to Giada). I’m sure Mommie Dearest has done her share of helping Junior out as well
Little Loki is already making mischief. Giada showed him attached to her holiday slipper, dragging him along. She’s already let him chew on her flip flops.

We've known since very early on that this snaggle-toothed pinhead has no moral compass. The fact that her subs are so completely dumb that the Brian Laundrie "Deep Thought" just flew right over their heads with nary a peep of outrage is very revealing. Their rush to ooh & ahh over the puppy while ignoring such an immoral & tactless joke tells you everything you need to know about them.
The fact that they blindly follow a person who has shown them repeatedly who she really is & yet still choose to follow her tells me that they don't really care about her actions as long as they get their entertainment. Learning2Fly, I have 3 kids so I've been there. I know it's tough to see her just breeze through life without hardships of any kind. As far as her former job is concerned...Giada appeared to have a job until midway through Junior's senior year. During an IG live, Junior hinted that her mother got some sort of financial windfall & that "she deserves it". It wasn't long after that that Joda did her smirky "YouTube is my job" video.QUOTEShe’s having a “name reveal” tomorrow (anything to drag out/use this pup for as many views as possible)—it’s Loki according to that picture. You know, since she’s *such* a Marvel (??) fan. 🙄
Of course this twat bought another dog. 🤬 I seriously hope it makes her life fucking miserable.

Joda is no Marvel Universe fan but be prepared for her to pretend to be one (Star Wars, anyone?). I'm sure the name Loki was Junior's idea. Mikah talked her into watching the recent Loki show back in the summer. Joda didn't seem to particularly care for the show or even understand what was going on in it. Kinda hilarious that Mikah spilled the beans before CCG's "big reveal"
May he live up to his namesake's reputation and destroy every tchotchke, shoe, & pillow that Giada loves best.
Christmas should be interesting. I, for one, can't wait for the mayhem.

I took psychology courses in college, as part of my Childhood Education major. It's always been interesting to me how and why our minds work the way they do. I found this article online, that explains about manipulation and attention seeking, (and drama) If anyone cares to read it. It's a short article.. Anyway, this explains a lot about this 40 year old, and how she got to this age in her life, and still remains stunted, like a child.

Very interesting article Pippavalentine! I also have a fascination with the way the human mind works and even toyed with the idea of getting a second degree in psychology and even took a few courses towards it.
Like you and Grammy both pointed out, it’s not hard to see how this potentially connects with the stories (if true) that CCG has shared about her frequently unstable early childhood environment.
Sadly, many people have had unstable childhoods and/or parents who abandoned them. Some are unable to overcome their childhood trauma and become troubled adults. Others are able to move past their crappy childhood to become healthy adults. I wonder frequently how Giada became such a mess yet her brother seems to have been able to, at least outwardly, become a successful adult. He is an engineer with two degrees. Has a wife and two children. Has traveled widely. What happened to Giada? Why did she choose the grifter path? It’s a conundrum.
Unfortunately in Giada’s case it’s not just the drama she feeds on but also the attitude that the world owes her a free ride which has led to some extremely egregious (if not quite criminal) behavior.
Here’s a recent, fairly benign example:
Giada’s most recent IG post shows a plate of gingerbread men cookies iced to look like skeletons.
Nowhere does she say that she made them BUT she allows her IG subbies to think or assume she made them. Most IGers will say where they purchased something if it is not handmade. Several ask how she made them. A couple of wise people say they don’t believe she made them (probably knowing as we do that she doesn’t have a creative bone in her body). If confronted she would protest, saying she never SAID she made them.
This is just the devious way her mind works. She likes to style herself as a “public figure” but for me that implies some responsibility which includes not lying to the people who follow & support you. It shows she has no respect or loyalty whatsoever to them. -

Just noticed that Charlotte’s head is taller than the sun hood of the stroller. That should be Jen’s first indicator that CC is much too tall to be sitting in that stroller. -

Neufeld adds that parents need to embrace the idea that “childhood is about mastering one’s environment, so if parents don’t allow their children to get out and explore away from their stroller, they are encouraging a sedentary lifestyle and promoting their child’s risk for obesity.”

I took a look at the website you shared, Heather. Giada is none of the things they mentioned that a male Cane Corso needs in an owner: consistency, active, patient. Loving but firm.
This quote terrifies me:
When a Corso is properly raised, trained, and socialized, this dog can be loving toward and protective of children. It’s important, however, that puppies and adult dogs not be given any opportunity to chase children and that kids avoid making high-pitched sounds in their presence. Running and squealing may cause the Corso to associate children with prey.
I hope that her brother and sister-in-law are smart enough to realize that Giada (who frequently allows Bug wander off to play alone when babysitting her) will not give the new puppy the training and attention needed to allow the dog near their children.
Loxy was fairly docile for her breed plus when Bug came along she was older & already slowing down. Even so, she got quite upset when Junior had friends over at the old house and frequently had to be shut up in Giada’s bedroom when they were around. Giada can’t expect this new dog to be so docile.
What a foolish move on her part. She would have been better off with a smaller companion dog. Leave it to Giada to make such an ill-advised choice. -

I’m even more convinced that the only purpose of this video was to work her subs into a frenzy of sympathy before introducing the new dog. She knows that some people will question her getting a new dog so soon, therefore putting out the teary video about her alleged grief & anxiety will (in her mind) offset any questions or negativity she may get. -

Poor dog will be caged for its first 5 yrs of life. Her video is this sickening ode to Loxi, and sheesh - I always thought she said Lolleigh had been her favorite. Didn't she used to say that? Lolleigh wasn't mentioned. I know when I've babysat others' dogs, I clean their dog bowls. She couldn't wash Loxi's bowl in YEARS, or replace it, or repaint it. Took her to TT and an ER vet (supposedly) but then not back to her reg. vet (if she even had one.)

On her last IG live she lied about the post office sending cards & gifts back to her subbies. Several of them said they had sent her things only to have them returned. Sleazy-G is so lazy that she wouldn’t even haul her chunky arse to the post office to pick them up. She just shook her head and acted shocked about the whole thing. Said she decided to cancel the PO Box over it.
There’s nothing she won’t lie about. If it elicits sympathy or gives her recognition or monetary gain then she’s on it, milking it for all it’s worth.
Heather, you are absolutely right re: a male Cane Corso’s larger size & more aggressive temperament. They are not well-suited for lazy owners. They need obedience training and consistent socialization. Giada will NEVER provide this. -

There’s a Cane Corso breeder in CCG’s former town who had two black female puppies available who would be ready to go to their new owners at the end of September. They had 4 litters born in August. How convenient. I still think she put her down payment in early.
When did someone here think they heard a dog bark in the background of one of her videos? Wasn’t it about a month ago?
She talks about anxiety attacks and guilt over Loxy’s diet etc at the end. Talks about how Loxy was her heart and her everything (paraphrased). You sure had a funny way of showing it Sleazy-G. I hope you DO feel guilty for treating her so poorly.
She says that she threw herself into doing videos and shopping immediately after Loxy’s death (thanks for reading here, G). She knows that it looked callous.
Giada said in her video that she’s either going to therapy or planning to go to therapy. Here’s the thing…she desperately NEEDS therapy. But therapy only works when you’re honest and don’t lie to your therapist. And we all know she’s a pathological liar. -
