I agree. Hiding and avoiding talking about things leads to shame. There is no shame in doing pelvic floor exercises. |

I have read The Dance of Anger, and I agree - it's a good read for someone who needs it - someone who has been subjected to abuse and anger. I also think highly of Dr. Harriet Lerner (the author) - I have also read some of her other books.
But I agree with others: how many self-help books are you going to read??? A 100???  |

I agree. Why did she always say she had an ample rack? Her boobs are quite proportional to the rest of her body. She is actually pear-shaped - she has wider hips and carries her weight on the legs, hips and butt.
