Do the kids only wear slippers in and out of the home? Why do you allow outside shoes to be worn on the carpet? Just filthy. I guess it does not matter because the cat pisses all over the house. Also I don't understand the concept of those frozen sandwiches for Bryce. Yes I understand the beloved quick and easy, but it's so much healthier and cheaper to prepare something yourself. I guess that doesn't work for the family.
Bryce is used to door dashing lunch multiple times per week. Now that Lemon is counting her macros, daily door dash meals are not an option. Lemon won't prepare her children most lunches because she wants them to have "independence". Why are there no healthy options? He puts too much turkey on his sandwiches..... she is a dope! And just because something has extra protein, does not make it more healthy. Protein pancake cookies with White chocolate chips are still cookies. |

Good on ya Ness! Life By Vanessa tell us you read the bakery without telling us you read the bakery. Was it not yesterday that someone asked why we never see her just eat a sandwich. And boom. A sandwich with half a pack of sams club lunch meat. Hope it was low carb, protein added bread since she's got soooo many carb filled carrots on her plate.
I think it was a chicken salad sandwich. Don't worry, she put all of the ingredients in a good processor. It is still MUSH |

| | Just a few observations. She has three kids and should be making a hot meal (dinner) for them every night. They do not want your crockpot slop! Where are her vegetables with dinner? Side salad/steamed broccoli/roasted cauliflower? How do veggies not fit into her Macros? |

| | Lemon and Mark will be doing this "diet" for a year. She exercises with 20 minute youtube videos that don't make you jump around (I guess any movement is good). Weekends are busy with deciding what they will eat for the week/adding up their macros/shopping and meal prepping. She does not cook a different dinner for her children if they don't like the slop she serves. |
