Lemon and Mark will be doing this "diet" for a year. She exercises with 20 minute youtube videos that don't make you jump around (I guess any movement is good). Weekends are busy with deciding what they will eat for the week/adding up their macros/shopping and meal prepping. She does not cook a different dinner for her children if they don't like the slop she serves.

Because I’m a hater, I followed the 20 minute work out with my Apple Watch on and it said I burned 275 calories. Good thing she preps for this workout with 370 calories of poptart.

Mark takes Pearl to school in the morning. And then Lemon says he works very late. But has the chore of loading the dishwasher?!??? Whattt??? In the vlog she said it was 6:30 and he still did not leave the office.
She tried to get into a book in this vlog because she said she usually plays video games.
I cannot imagine playing video games and then having my husband come home and load the dishwasher!!!
Oh and then at the end …. Mark was prepping his own lunch for the next day!!!!! It had to be at least 8pm…. And she was on her way to watch Gilmore girls in bed with ice cream!!! Insanity!!!!! How does she not feel guilty for being such a lazy wife?!?

Omg. I knew there was no way she was getting up to take her to school. I’m sorry but mark is a pussy the way he lets lemon be lazy af. And she still makes him do chores. He needs to lay down some ground rules. Shes the laziest non- stay at home- mom

The book she’s reading is for children. Reviews say it’s similar to The Hunger Games or Divergent. I’m sure teenage literature goes great with shoveling in Rice Krispies to make sure you get enough calories in.
