| | I don’t know how tall she is so I guesstimated 5’6”. But there’s NO way her maintenance calories are 3000. She’s probably between light and moderate exercise—- around 2300 calories a day max to maintain her weight of 200 pounds. |

Why is she posting her personal Apple Watch stats daily anyway? It’s such a narcissistic thing to do. Why does she think anyone wants to see these things?
I find it interesting she crops it. Makes me think she sets the ‘meditation’ workout which counts as exercise minutes.
Also it doesn’t seem like she has changed her cleaning routine… so was she always getting this much of a workout and ruining weight loss with just food? |

I find going 3MPH on the treadmill is about 120 steps/minute. |
