Bougie...He crossed the center divider onto oncoming traffic and hit the two cars. I'm aware that a few interested citizens have alerted the police to his vlogging channel with tons of evidence of him vlogging while driving. If it comes out that he was vlogging at the time of the crash he can be charged with vehicular manslaughter.
I'm sure they're checking to see if he was texting or using his cell phone as well.
