I buy lots of alcohol. I have never bought a gun but have never seen them sold either. I suppose there are gun shops. I think pistols require permits and background checks but I don’t know I have never held a gun. |

When I was young, circa 60's, I remember that the only store open on Sundays in our area was a Pharmacy. And it was open only from 12-3PM. It was very crowded after church lol.
I am an American but southern so we are a little different. Growing up stores were closed on Sunday it was called Blue Laws. Now most stores are open but no beer or wine before 11 and that only started a few years ago, prior to that was 1 pm because y’all should be in church. Grocery stores will make you leave it if it is too early to purchase. |

| Housing market insane in Raleigh-Durham-RTP (central NC) and now Apple is coming. Average salary @Apple $180K, which is high for NC. Houses have 18-70 offers 50-100k over asking. House market is also insane at NC Coast. People asking to buy or rent our house there. We seized the opportunity to sell all but one of our rentals in Fayetteville NC. Our tenant has been there 15 years she is elderly and we have never raised her rent. If she moves we will sell it too. One of our house is being flipped and realtor tried to do it. We passed took a profit and sold it as is. Great time to sell, rent, and buy at the crash. My oldest is graduating from college and will be priced out of the market.
TikTok made me buy O’Cedar spin mop and a ChomChom and both are fantastic. |
