| Jen hasn’t grown at all. In this day and age influencers make mistakes. Stuff pops up from when they were younger. They misspeak.
All she had to say was “I used this phrase because I didn’t know what it means. I’ve listened and educated myself and I understand my privilege and why this was offensive. I will do better”

Cruise was not last minute. She had a plan to somehow fit both, which plan did not materialize (Don's part). So Dopey had to be cancelled.

| Happy New Years Bakers! My mini muffin has RSV so we spent NYE in the house and went to sleep by 10. Basically Jen’s Utah NYE of yore.

I think there was some kind of illness. I think maybe Don didn’t celebrate Christmas at his house, since his wife is Jewish and rather decided to celebrate in Utah with family. Something happened to make her quip that “we celebrate Christmas in this house”
And then
I think someone came down with Covid and either the kids couldn’t go or Jen wouldn’t let them because she made a snide remark about people forgetting the pandemic existed |
