Judging by the sheer amount of CC’s sass & her fearlessness to correct her dimwit babysitter without giving it a second thought, she’s not afraid of 90% of the stuff at Disney. And if Donny is afraid, it’s because Jen is telling him he is & he’s still too young to know better. Jen uses that excuse as a crutch not let them explore and so she won’t be forced into being in the parks longer than absolutely necessary with them. Anytime she says they’re afraid of anything it is solely for her benefit in some way. They don’t like to try new foods? Make cardboard pizza again because it’s easy. They’re afraid of that movie? Fine, go watch the iPad by yourselves. Too scared to ride that ride? Let’s ride the carousel then go back to the hotel. Anything to put in the bare minimum the 3 days a week she has to be a single mom.

Why she would leave that in for anyone to see is beyond me.

Jen had her winter clothes, summer clothes, winter running clothes, summer running clothes, winter pjs, summer pjs. Family friendly underwear. Her ski wear and outdoor wear, her pool bag. She had an extra Clairsonic, electric toothbrush, 14 mouthwashes all just for Utah. A loftice full of budness wady printer etc, Utah makeup, Utah nail polishes. A dedicated tea drawer and her $$$$ tea maker. Seasonal dog toys for Winnie. No reason to bring a suitcase.

100% think she’s moving. She used to flaunt her previous home. She was so proud of every corner of it (except maybe the basement). She hides this one. She avoided showing her backyard until she got the fence and new grass. We don’t get weather shots of the front or backyard like she adored filming at her landscaped RM 1.0 backyard. Jen thrives on niceties and living well and the house she chose doesn’t check those boxes. Her house, to me, is a very standard middle class suburban home with a fancy stairwell. Nothing else about the home stands out, particularly the curb appeal and livability of the back yard. The home is a giant representation of her marriage crumbling, her broken heart, and an impulsive, regrettable purchase. I would unload it if I were her.

She bought that house when she had some financial insecurity. The assets hadn’t been split and alimony and child support had not been finalized. Back then she was afraid to spend. I believe that’s one reason she didn’t hire movers $$$. She’s frugal.

She’s been spending freely for awhile now. She will hire movers for this move. She will likely put the home in a trust so she can keep the purchase private. It won’t be a condo. She values peace and privacy - away from other people, trumpets, and flight paths. Plus she needs a large garage to park her enormous car.

I first began thinking she was moving a few videos ago. I also think moving has been motivation for her to clean up her office and clear out the garage.

Sorry, Gravy but you’re useless when it comes to being handy with tools etc but good job with giving Jenny all that excellent advice on how to spend a ridiculous amount of Don Dollars 👍
