| She posted her what I eat in day which is basically just filmed what she posts on YouTube.
She missed eating a rice cake so she crammed in it. Woman, you don’t need to eat if you’re not hungry.
This diet is totally made for body building which lemon isn’t.
If you are just dieting to lose weight, you should do a day or two every other week when you eat your maintenance calories or just above. It helps your metabolism not stall. But constantly upping calories makes no sense. |

Apparently she’s had this organization in her head so she just needs to try it out even though they are moving in a month.
So what happened to all the stuff that was in that organizer in their office? Like I know there was loads of decoration on it |

Yea we just got a tin for our pup as well and then the vet surprised us with a cast of her paw prints which was so sweet.

| 370 calories for the popcorn even if she didn’t add extra butter.
Movie theater popcorn while delicious is more calories than something like SmartFood or popping yourself.
So 580 extra calories and which puts her over 2400 and she was just at 2200 2 days ago! |

No idea! She was at 1800 calories for the shred. In reverse she was at 2000 and now she’s at 2200. Why are the calories going up so much? |

Yep, definitely going to a smaller house. She sold her mug rack and said they are downsizing a lot. Sold their liquor cabinet too.
New house won’t have a guest room so I’m guessing no game room either. Said “kids bathroom” too so one for them to share likely vs the 2 now
Move is happening in about a month it seems. She said mid-April, but she doesn’t remember the exact day they are moving.

| I get teenagers and preteens as well as having food on hand.
I have an 11 year old boy and he’s playing football at recess everyday and running around outside after school with the neighbor kids. He’s 5’2” so basically a mini adult.
He doesn’t eat massive quantities like Lemon’s kids.
Also I do have some things for the neighbor kids, but it’s like leftover Halloween candy, snacks we tried but didn’t love, and water bottles with Crystal light packets. $ doesn’t grow on trees, and I’m not feeding the neighborhood. If they don’t like what I have, go home lol.
I get my kid Prime Hydration as a treat (it was great when he had a cold and wasn’t eating), but those are pricy and I’m not feeding those to neighbor kids. |

| Refeeding or going maintenance for a bit is a good idea after a period of cutting.
I do one a week or so.
A 6 week period doesn’t make sense. They didn’t do insane cutting so I would say two weeks top would be plenty before starting the cutting.
Reversal is done after you have hit your goal weight, not part of the way. |
